GULABI DORI EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer an exchange for product that is unused/ unwashed/ unaltered and with original tags and invoice, within 7-DAYS from the date of delivery. You may exchange with another size or style using your store credit.
Please do read the product description mentioned on the website before placing your order. Actual colour of product may vary compared to what you see on your electronic screen due to respective screen colour/ resolution. Let's not think of an irregular print or weave as a defect! That's the hallmark & beauty of a handblock product.
Steps for requesting an exchange,
(a) Please email Customer Service team on email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery. For swift resolution email should clearly mention Order number, Product for which exchange is requested along with the reason.
(b) Our team will review the request and respond within 2 to 4 working days.
(c) Once your request for exchange is approved, we will generate a reverse pickup. There is a nominal fee of Rs 250 towards pickup courier charge. For pin codes where pickup facility is not available or should you wish to courier it back yourself we will share instructions over mail.
(d) After the pickup is done, please factor in minimum of 10-14 working days (for the original product to reach us and Quality Checks). Once this process is complete we will issue you a store credit (valid for 6 months) for the balance amount which you can use to place your exchange order.
All our products undergo rigours Quality Control checks. However in an unlikely event of receiving a damaged product please immediately email us on firstname.lastname@example.org along with order details and pictures of the product. We offer a 100% replacement or money back guarantee for products that are received in damaged condition. If you do not like the product or colour, we will exchange it for you as per the process described above.
Order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped from our end. For order cancellations please email us on email@example.com immediately after placing the order.
All duties/ taxes/ shipping charges on international orders are to be borne by the customer. We do not offer any exchange or returns on international shipment. All international orders undergo additional layer of QC checks and in an unlikely event of you receiving a damaged product or for any delivery related queries please immediately reach out to us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
