While it is our endeavour to make the highest quality products and provide the best possible fit, we understand that fabric & fit can be subjective for each individual and therefore to secure your shopping we offer Free 10-Day Exchange & Return.
Actual colour of product may vary compared to what you see on your electronic screen due to respective screen colour/ resolution. Also, let's not think of an irregular print or weave as a defect! That's the hallmark & beauty of a handblock product. All our products undergo multi-level Quality Checks and entire order processing is done under CCTV.
If it ain't critical and can be managed or altered with your local tailor, please avoid raising a return request. Let's make a small contribution to reduce carbon footprint.
Exchange/ Return Policy
We offer an easy exchange for product that is unused/ unwashed/ unaltered and with original tags and invoice, within 10-DAYS from the date of delivery. You may exchange with another size or style using your store credit which is valid for 1 year. All refunds are issued only via store credit/ gift cards having a 1-year validity.

Once your request is approved, the product will be picked up in 1-5 working days by one of our courier partners (BlueDart/ Delhivery/ XpressBees/ Ekart/ ShadowFax).
Incase there is no reverse pickup service available for your pin code, you will have to self-ship the product to our warehouse [Aug'2023 update: Few Hyderabad pin-codes are currently not serviceable for reverse pickup due to local operational issues].
It is your responsibility to verify that the courier person has pickup request for same Airway bill.
If any other or extra product is handed over, the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver only the item for which the reverse pickup was arranged.
It takes approx 6-12 working days for the shipment to return to our warehouse. Once product reaches back to our warehouse you will get notified by an automated email. It then undergoes a Quality Check under CCTV.
Within 2 working days of the product returning to our warehouse, we issue the Store Credit to your registered email address (which was used at the time of placing the order). Incase of exchange request, the exchange order is dispatched in 2 working days.
Overall process can take anywhere between 7 to 14 working days.
Order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped from our end and the Airway bill has not been generated. For order cancellations please email email@example.com immediately after placing the order.
All duties/ taxes/ shipping charges on international orders are to be borne by the customer. We do not offer any exchange or returns on international shipment. All international orders undergo additional layer of QC and in an unlikely event of you receiving a damaged product or for any delivery related queries please immediately reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
